  1. Absolutely love the outside of her house. The colors are so cheerful and it looks like a beach house. It is cute her door matches her neighbor's and the outside screened in porch with partially open is a fabulous idea. I noticed her little dog picture in her living room. I can't remember the name of the artist but I love those. Best wishes on her health. šŸ™

  4. Ā @jjbear5258Ā I have been looking at rv/tiny home/mobile home gated communities. Many have HOAs which can be a plus but a concern is if something happens with the economy or value of the dollar, you can lose the land you paid for by not paying your HOA dues. I wish you could not lose your property by back taxes or HOA dues.

  5. When they did a tour of Buffalo creek it looks like those lots will be pretty close together but not as close as the grove.

  6. Ā @mygypsyadventure3610Ā  it will definitely be interesting to see what the community is like in the future. We don't hear much about any of the other communities. I think Randy should hire an events planner to hold events in each of the communities and events for all the communities combined. That seems to be a large reason people purchase homes from him.

  10. He has amazing tiny homes. This is his basic home that is self-sufficient. He has many, many things you can add to it as well as extra large homes with all amenities. You should check them out on his YOUTUBE Channel

  11. The "sofa" can be a futon. You just pull it out to sleep. You could use a full size sleeper sofa or daybed. I have seen him with both in his videos. Not sure which one is in there. He also has them larger with a separate bedroom living room downstairs

  12. It could be used for guests and a daybed, bed, futon, or sleeper sofa could be used underneath. That is also his smallest size. He has many other homes on his youtube channel.
