  1. The veteran and the guy kicking the suspect should be charged with attempted murder and a hate crime. The suspect is gay and the guy admitted he said he was going to kill him. If that was a cop he would already be behind bars. The suspect was on the ground and no longer a threat. You can't have it both ways. Charge them!
