I am trying to figure out what is the largest size able to go down the road without extra permits and wide load. My guess is 8 wide and 11 tall? I know Recreational Resort Cottages has some wider and they do free delivery so trying to figure it out.

  11.  @seankingwell3692  I found a tiny home that I fell in love with but they wanted $145k for it. It was only 399sq ft but I prefer 800-900 sq ft. The deal breaker is I can't buy my lot. It is on a 5 acre pond with fish and they have a community garden but the lease on the extremely small lot is $750/mo. With having a lease that means when shtf they can kick us all off and move their families on, or they may lose the land if it isn't paid for, and they can raise the rent to whatever people are willing to pay when shtf.
