  1. UK hospitals generally have no AC with UVC since it is seen by the Conservative Party as unnecessary expense during "austerity". Austerity is when society is placed on a managed decline while they profit using a tax avoidance strategies, foreign investment and using bankers as "key workers". Since hospitals don't circulate air and clean it with UVC lamps, people have the highest mortality rate in Europe. Society is blamed again. The Conservative Party solution = more Lockdowns destroying the economy further. .
