  1. He tries to get out as it starts going down and is guillotined. The other passengers were ok. Conclusion....if it starts going down, retreat inside.

  2.  @alexandrite1ocean  He held on to the outside. Solution......always rereat. In the US people believe they should always be pushy..... in nature even lions retreat at the first sign of something strange. 99% of animals do. There is a video of 3 men strealing meat from a pride of lions. How? The men confidently walked up and took it. Being able to retreat, comply and run away is the most ESSENTIAL survival strategy in nature.
