  1. Some terminally ill people live lives artificially prolonged by technology, that can become akin to living torture for them as they slowly die...... Human compassion is essential in medicine, and Dr Kevorkian exemplified that aspect. . Instead of living through absolutism and using jails guns and violence...... why not put the emphasis on the patient's needs? . To many, he was a hero of compassionate medicine.
