The lady was lucky. Is your life less valuable than a used, random insured vehicle? Your family? How many members of your family? One UK crash involved a whole family including a baby..... . There are solutions......from drones, to unmarked vehicles, to CCTV, to preemptive strategies. Israeli Police shoot the tires. Real World GTA isn't a solution. . Innocent people should not be put in danger by target fixation.
