  1. Russia is the biggest country, with massive resources, a history of extreme tenacious sacrifice and proximity...... plus Russian support in the occupied regions. Couple in a willingness to use extreme violence and the situation looks insurmountable for Ukraine to win.

  2.  @doubletap-z8c  What is REALITY? The entire Western world should escalate towards nuclear conflict over a place the vast majority cannot point on a map? Iraq was taken over by Iraq people. Vietnam was taken over by Vietnamese. Syria, Afghanistan and Libya too. . What is a cost-benefit analysis ? By waiting long enough such issues can go away. Haste can mean waste.
