  5.  Andy Smith  What is a State? ANSWER: a nation or territory considered as an organized political community under one government. States operated as seperate territories originally. The seperate States/territories/countries became UNITED with the US Constitution. States can theoretically secede from the union, as the UK did with Brexit...... but now it's nearly impossible. The goal of the EU is essentially to create the equivalent as the United States with European States/Countries The original comment does not contain any reference to Africa being "a country"..... which is ridiculous. That comment is a STRAW MAN FALLACY. . .
