  1. Social programs stop crime. The solution to social problems isn't guns and jail for everything. The US has too many in jail..... BLM don't want to get rid of Police obviously....... the problem is that they feel worthless and excluded like they "don't matter". The return of manufacturing from China will bring more capital into lower income families and return that lost sense of self worth and reduce crime IMO.
