  3. Yes, why do I have to repeat things twice for you to understand. That is the suggestion. ...........a TV series of "The Found Footage Festival"..................which is the topic of the video. Gray Media tried to sue, did sue and decided to settle.. Grey would have won. Deceiving a billion dollar company probably isn't the best idea. They don't want to be tricked by people live on air and lose credibility, audience, advertiser revenue. The best ides is for them to approach the CEO, who watches Vice news, who no doubt saw the segment, and talk to him, ...............apologize and present their material for a legitimate show. That is the suggestion. . READ THE COMMENT PROPERLY . .

  4. Legally it is misrepresentation. If someone sells a person a product and they buy it based off lies, hyperbole or deception, that is a crime; it is fraudulent misrepresentation. "just seems very foolish for artists" "too ridiculous to consider" . Your personal opinion of ridiculous or not doesn't matter. Can you greenlight a TV series ? HOWELLS OPINION MATTERS. He can. . The content is designed for ridicule, it profits off ridicule. . What do they have to lose ? NOTHING. What have they got ? a news story in Vice and a CEO who likes Vice. They have a film festival of amusing content, that they have a massive unique collection of, that people are interested in AND PAY TO SEE....... and that festival would make a funny TV series that the CEO could profit from. . Figure it out. . Re-read the comments.
