The difference between them, the fact that one's spelled with a “c” and the other with an “s”, comes down to the part of the world in which they are used. In the United States, people spell it with an “s”—defense. . I use both. I grew between both.

  11.  @linda1stimp  Every day in cities, with dense traffic there are incidents and even minor collisions. That is why people have insurance. If someone crashes into another person it is not an excuse to over react and physically attack or escalate a minor situation. Black communities constantly over react instead of being relaxed, and that is when Police are called.

  12. Vast underlying irresponsibility by the shooters. Schools need to teach conflict resolution skills, deescalation skills, meditation, martial arts, being kind, being respectful etc..... . The shooters will ruin MANY lives...... including their own..... over a trivial argument escalation that they probably would have forgotten a week later?

Lack of structure is a factor. Lack of education is a factor. Emphasis on men with gold teeth, guns, rapping about shooting is a factor. Diversity means diversity of ideas too. . These teens are being handed negative, fake role models as easy answers to complex questions.
