@Frankly Frank That is a typo correction of your own comment, not "off topic". "Europes" is plural, "Europe's" is posessive singular. England has the "dumbest people", so why are you are writing in English then?

@Frankly Frank "and relevance?" is an incomplete question. You previously wrote an entire country is dumb, while writing in the language of that country, yet your comments are badly written and uniformed. Your judgements are worthless. You use personal judgements and metaphors about children to distract from your own ignorance of the content and reciprocal implications of the agreement. Why don't you educate yourself, learn some modesty, learn some respect for the people whose language you write in and write a valuable, informed comment instead ?
