  1. Instead of constantly shooting, why not use non lethal solutions? Dogs...CS Gas shield....bean bag....tazer.....etc..... A drone with infra red could be used too.

The BEST strategy of all is use of time. The man must sleep at some point. Killing should not be for convenience. .
