  1. It is so true that Russia uses its citizens in other countries as a ruse to lay claim to it. It's more likely Putin blew up the bridge to keep Russians in Crimea. They were leaving en masse. Putin couldn't openly forbid this. It would make him look like a schlep. So he damaged it just enough to leave one usable lane ... then blamed Ukraine. Of course 😡🤬 Old KGB never change
