  1. Pence sites "Separation of Powers" as his reason for not talking to the J6 Committee. But isn't it "Checks and Balance of Power"? Which compels Pence to cooperate with the J6 Committee? "Co-equal powers" is what gives the 3 divisions of our government the ability to check any one of those 3 ... Executive, Legislative, Judicial branches are to be co-equal (balance) and have the ability to investigate (check) another branch that has "gone off the rails" ... An insurrection by the Executive branch must be checked.
