  1. Putin ordered Ukrainian children to be brought to Russia and adopted by Russians. Putin made a special immediate adoption that destroyed all the child's identity papers and issued Russian documents. Putin paid families 200 rubles per child and a bonus of 1000 rubles for adopting 10 or more children. Children that refuse to be russified are put in re-education camps. There are many of these camps but they are in Russia so no one can do anything about them but monitor them. An estimated 40 camps have approx 6,000 children. I hope Russians will help these children get back to Ukraine and the Ukraine government will make sure they are returned to their families.
