  1. Oklahoma state legislators (Republicans) passed HB 3133 that allows for a hispanic with any street gang affiliation to be classified as a Terrorist. The "hispanic" part got changed to "person" but it's still aimed at hispanics, right? Cz that's the ethnic group HB 3133 is aimed at, right? 😖
