  1. He's a moron. In Chickasaw service counties, ALL kids get free breakfast and lunch. There are certain schools that breakfast and lunches for kids not yet in school can be picked up by their adult caregivers. They did this because there were so many kids not getting fed that it was a problem for schools. Instead of making kids feel bad, they decided to make breakfast andunch free for all kids! Yeah!!
