Oklahoma Republicans House Bill 3133 allows Law Enforcement to classify hispanic Oklahomans with any "street gang affiliation" as Terrorists, put them in detainment compounds indefinitely and seize all their property like cash, cars, houses, land, businesses and bank accounts. Oklahoma also can classify protestors and demonstrators as Terrorists. The compounds are in rural areas. Their perimeter lights can be seen at night from the turnpike.
