As a former life-long Republican, I would ask other former Republicans to seriously get involved with your Democratic representatives, learn what their goals are and please vote for them even if you don't agree with everything they campaign for. The democratic party is our only chance to stop the anti-democracy Republicans. Taxes and social programs are secondary to saving our democracy!!
