  1. Had heat stroke twice ... more likely when you've had one. Damages kidneys. Weeks to recover. Now my brain can't regulate body temp so I can't be in heat very long, or I feel sick, weak and have to cool off fast. Poured a cold bottle of water over my head once. Be careful! Watch for people around you, too. Heat stroke is serious ❤
