  3. I think any proposal of Russia to "negotiate" is crap. It's a stall tactic AND a propaganda tool of Kremlin for its own peoples so they think, "ah ha! It is Ukraine that wants war!" Just like the air defense on top of buildings in Moscow that are placed so they can be seen from street level. "Just in case Ukraine attacks". sure sure, that's so dumb! Are Muskovites THAT stupid?
