The CCP harrasses every ship in the south pacific. Chinese fishing fleets fish in waters of other island nations, taking all the fish. Then zero-covid hit. Do you know how many Americans as well as others were stuck in China?? Well, then shipping backed up and quite a lot of US money got "lost". And now China wants Taiwan. So, yea,it's not great and yes, the USA is going to start produce our own stuff so we don't get burned anymore. Nothing against the chinese economy, they need their own stuff, but that's up to them. We still buy PLENTY from China.
