Could this extreme weather we have now be a "whiplash" from coming out of covid restrictions? When most travel and business was cut back in 2020, the skies were clear around places where heavy air pollution was normal. Now we are restarting all of that and it perhaps has jolted our atmosphere, disrupting weather all over the planet?
