  1. Ziploc bags!!! Store tap water for drinking in case water mains break or water table contaminated. Freeze containers of water to keep fridge cold if the power goes out. Ziploc bag your important papers, medications, dry clothes, food, pet's food, flashlights and batteries. Keep together in high place. Have a pet carrier handy. Don't drive out if flooding. Stay put!! Be your own first responder. Communicate with neighbors. It can take 48 hours for first responders to get to heavily impacted areas. Take care of yourselves and each other ❤
