  1. 💛💙💜💙💛 it is a difficult time for many at Thanksgiving because we're all expected to be thankful and cheery. But some of us aren't able to find that cheerfulness for good reason. Let's allow ourselves to be genuine. We can be sad, morn, cry and be distressed on Thanksgiving if there are awful things going on in our lives. Let's allow ourselves to be thankful for so many blessings and maybe sad at the same time. Compassion and empathy to all who have suffered so much and still are. 🇺🇦 🌏 🇺🇸
