  2. There are mobilized in training now, right? So when they finish training, the next group will be mobilized ? And go to training, which takes months, right? So they are not thrown from their daily life right into combat, so it's reasonable to call up the eligible and get them into training, which is in different countries. 15,000 in Latvia? 30,000 in Great Briton? etc ... and it takes 3 to 6 months?
