He pays per child and a bonus for adopting 10 or more. The children that won't be Russified are put in Re-education camps where they are tortured and killed if they still refuse to be Russified. The ones that cooperate are being trained to fight in Russian military. There are thousands of children in these camps. Ages 4 months to 17 years old. That's the ones we know about. They are in Russia and so all we can do is watch 🥺💔 that's why I don't sleep much anymore.
