  46. What you just said is wrong. They had problems before the policy change. The main issue is in china apartments and houses are bought as a investment and not meant to be lived in. This was successful for a while but has ended. These construction companies take on debt to build stuff that is not meant to be lived in and then expand and expand while taking more debt. So now the market is weakening it can lead to them crashing. There is nothing assuming it will get better.
