  3.  @secretbassrigs  actually the US does mass produce chips in the US. It’s primarily only the most advanced chips are made in Taiwan. And that’s mostly because Taiwan subsidizes the industry.

  11. China has ironically running out of domestic infrastructure projects to artifically inflate their GDP. So they are ussing their construction companies (30% of their GDP) to do infrusctrure project to other countries while footig the bill tp them. In esssenc its subsidizing their contruction idustry while gaining polical influence. That is why they do't care if they fund actually needed projects or boondoggles. They do not care if it benefits the country or ot.
