No in reality wealth is generated, there is not some set amount of wealth. That not remotely how it works. No saying everyone needs to live in commie block is not a reasonable statement to make and makes it sound like you want to steal land and ownership from normal people. Homelessness exists because most homeless are addicted to drugs and mental disorders. Not because there is not enough wealth around. Buddy, there are hundreds of forms of capitalism, look up the ones that do handle social issues well.
