This projects where done to make UAE make the country not dependent on oil and improved their peoples lives. While a couple of project like this one failed, the vast majority have succeed. Dubai no money from oil anymore. Dubai has become one of the most famous cities in earth. It can’t be described how big of a accomplishment that is.
