  1. Moscow Neil is at it again. James Baker, in 1990, was referring exclusively to East Germany, nothing more. He had no authority to promise anything else. There was no treaty that promised no expansion of NATO. Countries apply to join and if they fit the criteria they are allowed in. Is Neil saying that Poland, who had been under Soviet control until it collapsed, had no right to join an alliance that would prevent such a thing happening again? Viktor Yanukovych was elected on a platform of closer ties with the EU, not neutrality and if fact chose to accept money from Russia. Hundreds of thousands of people don't take to the streets for months because the CIA told them to. Minsk was a ceasefire not a peace and Russia broke it. Why no mention of the Budapest memorandum where Ukraine gave up nuclear weapons in return for sovereignty guarantees from the US UK and Russia? Another deal Putin didn't honour. These lies and half truths are being recycled because Putin keeps 'reminding' people of them, and his useful idiots think they are 'facts' that put him in the right. Neil has absorbed the lie that Russia has unique security needs and rights that must be observed, and that the military industrial complex in the west is behind the war. If so, why wasn't Ukraine supplied with everything it needed? It has been given scraps piecemeal, and part of the reason for that is there just isn't the production levels anymore after the end of the Cold War. it's not the 50s, 60w and 70s anymore. Neil Oliver will one day hide his face in shame that he ever came out with such rank propaganda.

  10. They are hitting civilian targets all the time just most of them are intercepted. Do you deny they hit a children's hospital and then hit it again when the emergency services arrived? Russia on the verge of collapse economically.

No. The invaders are the ones doing the constant bombardment of civilian targets, not the defenders. Coup? It was a citizen uprising backed by the legislative body of Ukraine followed up by fresh elections. You really are taking in Ruski propaganda like a dustbin.
