  2. 1:44:29 He's painfully naive. Putin isn't interested in Ukraine being 'neutral'; he wants a puppet state at the very least, and, ideally, under Russian control with no sovereignty. Israel offered a two state solution to Arafat and he rejected it - Sachs needs to understand that the Palestinians don't want peace, they want to remove Israel totally.
