@littlegardener7052 Tommy was only guilty of one real crime. Assaulting an off duty policemen in self-defence when he was 21 or something. An understanding of criminality should not be based simply on what happens in court, when it ought to be about what was actually behind the case - was he out for himself or being selfless? He pled guilty to mortgage fraud. But there was no fraud (it wasn't even his mortgage) nobody lost money, he did it to protect his wife and children from being doxxed by the police. He went to prison to protect them. He used another's passport so he could go to the USA and warn them, it wasn't for his own advantage. Everybody who has actually looked into Tommy and not just got their info from Hope Not Hate, Socialist Worker and the MSM, knows he has been a victim of the establishment from the start of his activism. He has been on the receiving end of spurious lawfare longer that Donald Trump.
