May, who is currently sabotaging Brexit, is behind the state persecution of Tommy Robinson and the banning of Islam expert Robert Spencer. It used to be "don't talk about the EU, it's settled" - UKIP and Farage changed that. But Farage was never jailed for his outspoken views, just harassed by leftists; Tommy Robinson has had all that plus nearly being killed for his work. The politically correct globalist establishment fear criticism of Islam because they know the truth will undo it just like the EU. Islam is a pipsqueak that cannot live with criticism.

We could stop Islamic immigration tomorrow and they would still be growing in numbers while we diminish because of birth rate. It isn't 2016, the Farage years are over - he won the referendum but he's besmirched himself counter-signalling Batten. Once the EU was an issue not to be spoken of, then it was immigration, now it is Islam. Batten's judgement is sound.

Twenty plus years ago the last question i was asked in an interview for a job in a library was "how will you implement the council's equal opportunities policy?"
