'Diversity and inclusion' is antiwhite - if you are white you are not right - they know who will fall foul of these questions, and it is their aim to exclude those people. Twenty plus years ago the last question i was asked in an interview for a job in a library was "how will you implement the council's equal opportunities policy?" This was for putting books back on the shelves! I had no idea what they were talking about and didn't get the job.
