  2.  @NORTHOLTNINJA  I'm not excusing the guy. But she was lacking in understanding as to why he kicked off. She was more worried about asking her boss if a high chair could be put in a place where the rules said no high chairs could be put, than just shifting them to a place where it could. She had a lack of empathy and desire to sort out the issue. When dealing with volatile people know what the detonators are.
