  4. He won't. Trump will demand an end to the war with Ukraine ceding territory. Putin wanting it all will continue the war. Trump (or Vance) will take the gloves off.

  5. The worst that can happen for Ukraine is that the conflict will be frozen. In the long run the occupation will end; the international community will never accept permanent success for Russia. Trump will not allow Putin to take over Ukraine.
