  1. There is a complex mix of factors at play in America's race issues. The injustices of the past led to the injustices of the present day! These issues didn't just fall from the sky! Even though the 13th, 14th and 15th amendments of the U.S.Constitution were written into law for the specific benefit of the freed American slaves and their defendants, SERIOUS ENFORCENENT DID NOT HAPPEN! The famous Civil Rights Act of 1964 was never SERIOUSLY ENFORCED EITHER! Apparently, white authorities do not want to enforce the civil rights of Black Americans! So, not much has really changed!
