@eheheh3263 Obviously, there is nothing wrong with Black Americans duly applying hard work, earnest study and merit toward advancement. Nevertheless, genuine race discrimination does not stop just because Black Americans worked hard! Black Americans are very often LAST HIRED, FIRST FIRED AND PASSED OVER IN PROMOTIONS REGARDLESS OF MERIT! That's the basic core problem of race in America. This has been true for many generations! Most of today's race discrimination abuses are now just cleverly cloaked and hidden from view!

@eheheh3263 So, you are basically side stepping the very real problem of genuine race discrimination abuses in employment. Since most race discrimination abuses today are cleverly cloaked COVERT practices, many people are quick to just IMAGINE the problem away! But the effects of these hidden race abuses are all too real!
