  1. They need "a bill" to do two things: (1) To normalize and legalize 5,000 additional ILLEGAL IMMIGRANTS crossing the border per day. (2) To legalize all current ILLEGAL IMMIGRANTS and register them as Democrat voters. There you have the actual purpose of the bill.

At the same time, women's promotions should be tightly limited to those who have shown high merit in the military activity they would be leading! Since women cannot generally meet the military combat standards for men, they have no business being promoted to positions of authority over actual combat personnel!
