A huge factor as to why men are shifting right is YouTube. YouTuber viewership skews male 70% to 30% and the algorithm also skews right, promoting content that's right-leaning to boys and men, even without any inputs other than gender and age. From personal experience, all my young, male friends are sympathetic to trump because of this formula; They watch UFC > they get suggested Joe Rogan > They then get Jordan Peterson, Ben Shapiro, Patrick Bet-David etc > they become sympathetic to trump It's now predictable to know a guy's attitude to trump just based on liking UFC, or how often they watch YouTube.
