The situation is worse now than before the war. 500 000 loss it is about 3 for 1000 male russians.   4. if you listen the video, learning from the war to come back in north korea, is totally destroying the purpose of the regime, the most important thing in this country. Modern western world was build by learning the good thing from all other civilizations, after they did that and built their own means, they became the stronger power in the world. North Korea is stalled in a virtual middle age, with a full reactionary mentality where learning is not an option, they must live in a delusion. If the delusion is left, there is no more regime, and the Kim family will do all what they can to not letting this happening. You don't understand the regime, its ideology, unlike the guy of the video.
