@cyrusthegreat1893 Islam has stolen ritual from the Zoroastrians..... like the five prays by day. From a non religious point of view, Zoroastrian religion looks more smart, less authoritarian than Islam, making the travel to paradise or hell, not according to blind submission to a religion but only by acts. The divinity of the Zoroastrians is more wise than the divinity of the islam. The guy shout "pagan" as a empty box made for hating peoples who do not fit its narrow community of Abraham religions, the most intolerant group of religion of the history of the humanity.

Many Europeans kings have blood heritage from Roman or Byzantine emperors. But Germans and Austrians tried to recreate some kind of roman empire in Germany, with the support of the catholic church. ...while Romans never colonized Germany. Roman empire was a reference for Germans people after the fall of the empire, it started with Charles The Great, who was an admirer of the roman empire, had roman ascendancy, and tried a small "Renaissance". And because one part of the Charles the Great's empire was in Germany, his descendants ruling Germany take the legacy to this memory of the Roman Empire. The fun fact is that some Germans Kings, were named king of Romans,far from the historic roman empire.. On the other hand ottomans having conquered all the old west roman empire, they feel that they have its heritage.
