On the other hand for poor black peoples, the situation can be closer to underdevopped countries on many points. Cuba does better than the USA on many médical facts, while they are poor....

It is worse when there are violences inside the couple. This is why there are qutoes around forced. If peoples can't quit à bad mariage, staying in the marriage is forced and unhappy.
