  4.  @kendexter  there is proof of that because the Ukrainians have already attacked the dam with himars in a successful test last year. So we know they planned to do it and had successfully tested their capability to do it. The only proof we have of Russian mining it is Ukrainian intelligence claims, which is no evidence at all and just propaganda. The fact that they are making such claims with no sources or evidence suggests that it is in fact subterfuge and deflection, adding to the likelihood that Ukraine did it. Then when you consider the flooding is wiping out the entire Russian frontline that they spent the last 6 months digging and fortifying, losing them equipment, supplies, ammunition and food, and the day after the dam is blown up Ukraine launch an offensive as the Russians are in disarray and scrambling to establish a new front line, the evidence strongly suggests it was Ukraine who did it. It certainly doesn’t seem to have conferred any advantage to Russia and advantage to Ukraine

The only prominent Russian in Stalin’s politburo was Molotov, who was minister for foreign affairs, the rest were Ukrainian and Georgian

The floods wiped out the Russian frontline which they had to do an emergency evacuation from under Ukrainian shelling, leaving ask their equipment and supplies behind, that doesn’t sound like it was the Russians to me.

  10.  @K25_the_first  there’s definitely propaganda on both sides, whether it’s equal or not I can’t tell because since they banned RT I’m not exposed to Russian propaganda except that which is heavily filtered by our press. What I do know is that there is an unprecedented and inordinate amount of AI generated propaganda coming out of Ukraine, especially on social media, and in the b western MSM as well . I’ve never seen more unbalanced one sided reporting across the entire media in my life, which is why I know it’s BS. They even denied stuff they reported 8 years and 5 years ago ever happened, despite it still being on video and available on YouTube. I’ve seen history being rewritten before my eyes, and it’s clear there’s a huge agenda behind it. There’s also a massive amount of censorship on YouTube and other Social media comment sections that restrict anything that isn’t in line with the authorised narrative.

Why did they shell it if they didn’t think it was going to do anything? How did they manage to damage it if it couldn’t be damaged by himars? Once you’ve damaged the dam it might be only be a matter of time before it breaks if you don’t repair it. They proved they could damage it, we’ve all seen the photos and video and it looks substantial. How on earth can you say for sure more damage wouldn’t have caused this, once it’s weakened structurally the water pressure will do the rest.

No offence to Ukraine, but if they can’t get more than 100km into Ukraine against a 3rd world army with no Air Force I don’t think they’re going to be doing very much against NATO 😂 sounds like you’re itching for a nuclear war to me

I’ll remind you that the entire purpose of nukes is to act as a deterrent, if people aren’t deterred by them it’s a pretty safe bet they’ll let a couple go like the US did in Japan. Then everyone will suddenly wake up and realise this war isn’t some cheerleadering game you play on the internet but something that can come to your home in a very real and very awful way. But by then it will too late. No one thought world war one would ever happen, not even after franz Ferdinand got shot. The world today is very similar to the world just before the First World War in many wars, a number of prominent historians have remarked upon it for years.

  35.  @saintsone7877  the allies didn’t reach berlin at the same time as the Russians at all, there was a race to Berlin and the Russians won easily despite facing 150 German divisions to the allies 4. Once they got to Berlin they were kind enough to wait for the allies instead of carrying on.

  36.  @saintsone7877 as to Russian invading and liberating Germany occupied eastern Europe, they were doing so on behalf, at the bequest and with the help of the allies, and the treaty signed at yalta was also with the agreement of the allies, so if you’re looking for someone to blame for that agreement you can include the allies in that. I can assure you that plenty of Italian and Greek partisans who fought bravely against German invaders were wiped out and disappeared by the allies after the Second World War because their politics did not coincide with that of the occupying forces in their countries, and over 50 Germany students were killed in the 70s protesting at the fact that west Germany and Berlin in particular was being run by ex nazis. Obviously Stalin was a monster but don’t think for a moment that the allies are blameless here, western media is just as controlled and biased as it is in Russia

  40. The war would have cost a lot less of Zelensky has negotiated a lot earlier and Ukrainian forces hasn’t hidden on residential areas and used civilians as human shields. When there us invaded Iraq the Iraqi army drive their tanks out to the desert to meet them to save the civilian population like men. The us still killed more Iraqi civilians in the first day then have died in Ukraine in 3 weeks but no one cares about that

  48. Are you Portuguese? I’m wondering what political spin they’re putting on it, they always seem to be pushing a narrative in this channel these days, and it’s usually none to subtle either. Is it negative? Failing authoritarian neo liberal government are being de rigour these days, as is mass protests against them. Just look at the protests in France, Spain, Israel, of course Portugal and even the U.K., although you won’t see this analysis here or anywhere else in the media. Most lounge the media want to try and ignore it, especially the protests, ages either pretend they’re not happening or talk about 1000s in the streets, when in France for example it’s actually nearly 10 million, to say we’re being lied to odd a massive understatement. 1984 is here in no small measure.
