  1. You mean like taking civilians hostage and using them as human shields? Like forcing their way into families houses shooting at Russian troops then leaving before the Russians return fire and destroy the family house and kill the civilians inside? Like setting up mortar and artillery in residential areas so when the Russian target them they can claim they are targeting civilians?
