@bennymuller3379 show me the evidence of the illegitimacy of the vote. Catalonia also voted overwhelming for independence and that wasn't recognised by their government or the international community either, I suppose you think that was illegitimate too

It's all propaganda. Why do you think they always report on Russian casualties, which they are only guessing at, and not Ukrainian casualties, which they will know very accurately.

@Chris-rb8ox the Ukrainian government that was put in place in the 2014 armed coup was full of Nazis, and Nazis still wield a large amount of power in Ukraine, whether or not they are officially elected to do so or not

I've not heard anything about Ukrainian casualties, when did they report them? I know around 50 000 foreign fighters are dead or injured, so Ukrainian casualties must be a lot higher. Why anyone would celebrate death and destruction is beyond me

@axirion4873 what you seem to be saying is that the Russians kill Ukrainians who carry on fighting, and only take prisoner the Ukrainians that stop fighting and surrender, but other than that they don't take pows. One can only assume the Russians aren't surrendering at all in that case. It's strange that the volunteer force defending their land are surrendering in far greater numbers than the conscript invading force. Ukrainian must be full of cowards
